This term we will be covering emotions: anger, happiness, frustration, calm, worry.
Themes include: animal jump, superhero week, ninja balancing, den making, obstacles.

Welcome to Tiny Thrivers! A family run bsiness based in Milton Keynes offering overall wellness classes for 2-4 year olds. These classes are run by me (Freya O’Neill), mother of four incredible little people and founder of Tiny Thrivers. Having been inspired by my own children and experiences, I am constantly researching looking for answers to best support my children as they grow. We all face wonderful new and similar challenges as we enter the next ‘phases’ of childhood. I have designed a wonderful programme of fun, tools and techniques that will help strengthen connection between parents(/caregiver) and child, whilst providing the foundations that I hope will nurture healthy habbits to enable our little ones to get the most possible happiness from life. Forming healthy habbits early on. Habits that I hope will keep healthy minds and bodies that carry through into adolecence and adulthood. What more could you wish for your children then happiness in life? Cooncidentaly, much of these technique also result in happier, calmer parents, which I have found means I can enjoy our fabulous little human beings even as we head through each challenge and ‘phase’ together.
